Who we are?
We are a local, family-owned business providing individualised and personalised disability supports to NDIS participants in our local and surrounding area plus visits to and respite at Koolumbut House.
Our creative and personalised services are available to people with all disabilities including NDIS-funded participants who are self-managed or plan managed.  We believe we can make a difference to YOUR supports and experiences.

Nicci
Nicci’s passion is working in this sector, is the owner and initiator of this family-focused business providing support services, with a difference, for those who are seeking assistance with their life choices.
Nicci's and her family are local to the area.  She has lived and worked in various vocations for 40+ years leading to her current commitment to reach out into the local community, especially in Disability Inclusion providing YOUR Personal Preference of supports.
Her choice of establishing Personal Preference Disability Services Pty Ltd is focused on building confidence and friendships through respect and integrity

Bob
Bob is our Co-Senior Staff Leader, whether it is the gym, fishing, landscaping, 4-wheel driving; travelling along local beaches, exploring new locations/bush , taking trips away, Bob is the leader in ”everything practical and possible opportunities”.  Bob is the Vice President of the Wingham Pistol Clubs, having joined at the age of 14 years with his father. – some 30+ years. Bob is A local – born and bred has lived in Bohnock/Old Bar on/off for all of his life, travelled overseas and to various parts of Australia, his home and family are his priorities and the love of his life along with his current role.
Bob has worked in Club Operations, Information Technology, Funeral Industry, Agriculture, Building/construction, Hospitality, Microlight Aviation – checkout the aerial view of Koolumbut House, taken from the Microlight by him to share; enjoys sharing his ‘diverse’’ pursuits.  – he is our JACK OF ALL TRADES.

Natarlya
Natarlya is the staff leader and admin at Personal Preference.  She lived in Germany for 12months after completing yr. 12, were she experienced various cultures, backgrounds and beliefs. She loves to travel, around Australia and overseas.  She likes to donate blood, reading, play video games, listen to all kinds of music, watch movies and anime and enjoys the adventures we take with the clients like going to the zoo or concerts. She has worked in agriculture for most of her life, have a cert 3 in hospitality and she has loved supporting the clients so much,  she is now getting her certifications in Individual support.

Jarrad
Jarrod's interests are family, gaming, cooking and work.  He has worked as a volunteer for St Vincent De Paul (Vinnie’s), also a Team Member at McDonalds. He has completed Cert 4 in fitness and is now studying for a certificate 3 in individual support.  Jarrod finds his job very rewarding, is always a favourite with our Participants, their families and their friends.  He is always happy and is never short of ideas to do something different to make each adventure ‘special’

Jack
Jack is a local, currently working as a team member at a local Coles Store, just finished his HSC.
He comes from a close family, brings strong family values and care to his role as he grows and expands his knowledge in the Disability sector.
Jack is a ‘funny’, interactive, happy go lucky, always willing to assist and engage with our Participants respectful and at their level, is a good listener for a young man, always strives to do something ‘out of the ordinary’.
Jack likes NRL football and is our Bingo Bowling ten-pin bowling champion!  Go Jack!
 
Omra
He is also a 'local' outdoors guy, really enjoys fishing, spending time at the beach, working on cars, surfing the internet and anything practical.  For sport he really enjoys football, music, dancing, surfing the internet, being ‘the Clown of the Party’ enabling happiness, inclusion and all round good fun.
Omra, is always very accommodating of his Participant’s and choices,  brings a love of life and fun to his role with a ‘differcence’

Staff qualifications include police checks, working with children checks, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission,
‘Quality, Safety and You’ – NDIS Worker Orientation Module; New Worker Induction Module; First Aid; and Nationally Accredited Disability Certificate III - Individual Support
